How it all works...

Firstly!
Coaching is can be personal and therefore it is important that you find someone you are comfortable working with. As such, we start with a sample session. This is a 30 minute session, done over the phone or in person, where you get to experience an actual coaching session firsthand. This allows you to see what it is like and to decide if it is a good fit for you.

Next!

Once you have decided if you want to go ahead with coaching, you receive an Introduction Package including a questionnaire to get a feel for what areas you want to focus on and where you want to go in your life. We meet for our Discovery session which, just like it sounds, is a discovery of  where you are in your life right now. Our relationship is defined along with your desires, goals and what success will look like to you. This initial meeting is approximately two hours and can be done over a couple of sessions.

Followed By!

Our regular coaching sessions are three sessions per month lasting 30 to 35 minutes each session.

And Finally!

Coaching can continue for as long as a client wants. When a client feels they are ready to finish coaching a completion session is done. This allows both you and the coach to celebrate the successes, take a look at what didn’t work and leave you with a plan for going forward.
